Limited Lifetime Warranty (Structural & Manufacturing Defects)

KNDL Works products are built to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials used in every fire pit we make.

What’s Covered

KNDL Works warrants to the original purchaser that all KNDL Works fire pits are free from manufacturing and structural defects for the lifetime of the product.

Covered defects include:

  • Welding failures
  • Structural separations
  • Manufacturing defects in steel components
  • Burn-through or structural failure under normal use

If a covered defect is confirmed, KNDL Works will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with the same or comparable model

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and cosmetic changes (patina, discoloration, heat tint, surface oxidation)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation
  • Damage caused by modifications or aftermarket alterations
  • Improper fuel use or operation contrary to care instructions
  • Damage caused by environmental exposure beyond normal outdoor use
  • Shipping damage not reported within the required timeframe

Natural changes to steel over time are expected and are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged:

  • You must notify KNDL Works within 10 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or video documentation of the damage and packaging

Upon review, we will issue a replacement or credit depending on severity.

Courtesy Replacement Option

If damage occurs outside of warranty coverage and the product cannot be repaired, KNDL Works may, at its discretion, offer a one-time courtesy replacement discount on the same or similar model.

This option is not guaranteed and may not be combined with promotions or discounts.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return your KNDL Works fire pit within 30 days of delivery for a refund if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is unburned
  • The product is returned in original condition and packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping damage
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or burned
  • Custom or limited-run products (unless defective)
  • Fuel, consumables, or accessories marked as final sale

Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit only, at KNDL Works’ discretion
  • Products returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee if accepted

  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Brief description of the concern

Claims are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KNDL Works’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product
  • We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for damage to surrounding surfaces, structures, or property resulting from use or misuse of the product
